Once your box has been shipped, Mystic Grove Goods Magical Apothcary subscription boxes are non-refundable/non-returnable. This is because our subscription boxes are specially curated and customized for each month.
However, we will replace individual items that are damaged, missing, or defective ONLY.
Please contact us through the Let's Chat button or at info@mysticgrovegoods.com and include a photo of the damaged/defected within 14 days of receiving your box.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time prior to the processing of current seasonal box. To do this, you need to cancel the subscription prior to the cutoff date of the 3rd of a shipping month*.
*Shipping months are August (Autumn), November (Winter), February (Spring), and May (Summer).
